For the Vice Presidency of the Dominican Republic, we created a 2D animated explainer designed to make a technical subject feel clear, visual, and approachable. The video shows how digital services can help public institutions share information more efficiently, reducing friction and making processes faster for citizens.

We handled the concept, visual direction, design, and animation, building the piece in a colorful minimal vector style. The result was a clean and friendly video that turned a complex government process into a story people could actually understand and follow.
