For the Ministry of Agriculture of the Dominican Republic, we created a series of 2D animated explainer videos for the “Perishables Manual,” a project designed to make cold chain best practices easier to understand and apply.

The series covered four key categories: meats, fruits and vegetables, processed products, and flowers. Each video explained how proper handling, transportation, and storage help preserve quality and freshness from production all the way to the consumer.

Our goal was to turn a practical and technical topic into clear, visual content that could guide people through each step of the process. With simple storytelling and clean animation, the series helped communicate why every stage of the cold chain matters.
