For the “Marcos de Cualificaciones” project, created for the Government of the Dominican Republic through BUM Marketing Media, we developed a series of four 2D motion design explainer videos.

The goal was to make the concept of qualification frameworks easier to understand through clear visuals, simple storytelling, and a consistent graphic language across all four pieces. Each video had its own focus, but they all needed to feel part of the same communication system.

With a short production timeline, our team worked to keep the process agile while maintaining a polished and cohesive visual style from start to finish. The result was a clean, informative animated series that helped turn an institutional topic into content that felt more accessible and easy to follow.
